HOW DOES THE MINDFUL FLORIST WORK?
You choose if you would like flowers sent as a one-off gift to a friend or family member or just a little treat for yourself, or if you would like to have flowers delivered to you on a regular basis. Complete an online order and once received, the flowers will be carefully picked, wrapped and hand delivered at a time convenient to you.
DO I GET TO CHOOSE THE FLOWERS IN MY BOUQUET?
Each week I work alongside the local flower farmers to hand-pick your bouquet the day before they are delivered to your door so you won’t know what gorgeous mix of seasonal scented flowers will arrive but you do know they will be like no other you can buy on the high street!
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
I only deliver to Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The Mindful Florist is a small locally based company and I want to deliver the best fresh flower delivery service that I possibly can therefore I have decided to keep it close to home. As the business grows so will the delivery radius so watch this space.
If you would like some flowers delivered outside of the MK postcode please give us a call with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH DAY MY FLOWERS ARE DELIVERED?
The regular bouquet delivery service is hand-delivered on Fridays, ready for you to enjoy over the weekend, so when placing your online order please let us know your preferred time for delivery and we will try our very best to meet your request. If you would like them on a different day please give us a call and we will try our very best to accommodate.
If you are buying the regular flowers for special occasions, they will be delivered on the dates you provide.
Our single bouquet and bespoke gift bouquet service can be delivered any day and time convenient to you.
DO I NEED TO BE IN TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS?
Yes, ideally someone does need to be in to take delivery of the flowers because I love nothing more to see my customers reaction when you receive your flowers, however I would be happy to leave them in safe place that is sheltered from the sun with your consent.
When completing the online order please leave any special delivery instructions when asked.
MY DELIVERY HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
In the unlikely event that your flower haven’t arrived please give me a call on the number in the footer of this website and I’ll make sure you receive the flowers you deserve.
CAN I HAVE FLOWERS DELIVERED TO ME REGULARLY?
Yes of course! There is nothing better knowing that you have regular fresh flower delivered directly to you. Our regular delivery service allows you to order 3, 6 and 12 bouquets. You choose it you want them delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Place an online order and I will do the rest.
Our regular flower deliveries are totally flexible and can be tailored to meet your needs. If you’re going on holiday, or just want to take a break, you can pause your deliveries at any time. Just give us a call or drop us an email.
WILL I BE TIED INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE REGULAR BOUQUET DELIVERIES?
You pay for the bouquets up front so there are no direct debits, no contracts and no hidden surprises.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY FLOWERS?
Please tell me if you have a problem with your flowers by either completing the online feedback form or by giving me a call - I will do everything that it takes to make sure you get the flowers that you deserve.
HOW DO YOU SOCIALLY DISTANCE WHEN DELIVERING?
All bouquets are delivered according to social distancing guidelines. We will either knock at the door and place the flowers on your doorstep, step back and wait for them to be taken in, or we will leave them in a safe place at the delivery address at your request.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you wish to make any changes to an order, please do so by contacting me via email at email@example.com, or by calling 07852987046. If you do send an email, please title the email clearing with your name and address to make it quick and easy to make your requested changes.
